We offer free shipping on orders above Rs 1000/-. However, for orders below that amount, a shipping charge of Rs 80/- will be applicable. This charge helps cover the cost of packaging, handling, and delivery.

Dispatch Time:

We strive to dispatch your items within 2-3 days from the date of your order. Our team works diligently to process and package your products to ensure they are ready for shipment in a timely manner.

Delivery Time:

Once your order has been dispatched, it typically takes 3-4 working days for delivery. Please note that this timeframe excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistic issues, or other external factors beyond our control.

Receiving Damaged or Opened Parcels:

If you receive a product in a damaged or open condition, we kindly request you not to accept the parcel. Instead, please make a video recording of the package, clearly showing its condition, and send it via WhatsApp to +91 7355349445. Please include your order ID along with the video. This will help us promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or appropriate solution.
